Wrexham enjoying life after Saunders

Rather than faltering following the departure of former manager Dean Saunders, Wrexham are positively flourishing.

Caretaker manager Andy Morrell even got on the scoresheet as Wrexham maintained their lead at the top of the Blue Square Bet Premier with a comfortable victory against Stockport.

Wrexham were in front inside three minutes when Nat Knight-Percival converted from a Jamie Tolley free-kick, and Morrell headed in a Dean Keates corner to make it 2-0.

Knight-Percival added a third, after Mark Creighton's header came back off the crossbar, before Jake Speight completed the rout with a fourth.
